Roman Barnas recognizes teaching as a responsibility to pass accumulated knowledge to others in effort to help them achieve their excellence and therefore help the progress in the field.

The basics are extremely important and that is why Roman puts great deal of effort in teaching them and feels comfortable that any person who learns his first steps well will have much grater chance to succeed later during their professional careers as a violin makers.

Amongst the students who graduated from the NBSS Violin Making and Repair program are some already very successful violin makers and repairers employed by worlds most renowned violin shops.
